Many of you know me and my family and some may not. If not, my name is Sara and I am 26 years old. I have been married four years to my husband Tyler and we have one daughter, Rachel, who will be two in January. I work at Arizona State University and spend the rest of of time with family and friends. I love God and try to work toward being a better Christ follower everyday. I think the most important thing to know about me is that God and my family are the two single most important things in my life.
The reason that I started this blog is to keep my family, friends, co-workers, and the generous strangers praying for me updated on my status. It has been difficult with all of doctors visits, procedures, and tests to keep track of who I have told what to and if I emailed someone back and I want everyone to know as much as they would like to so I thought this would be the best way to ensure that happens. I was diagnosed on October 15th with lymphoma cancer. Then on October 23rd I was told it was Hodgkin’s Lymphoma.
I want this to be way to stay connected to all of those who care about me and my family. And to help others who may be dealing with the same struggles that I will be facing during my cancer journey.
